Vickey A. Foley, age 71, died peacefully on Monday, October 30, 2019. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Victor Howard and Dorothy Alice (Johnson) Rogers on Tuesday, January 20, 1948. Vickey is preceded in death by her parents and brother Raymond Howard Rogers. Left to cherish her memory are daughter Teresa Foley; sisters Patricia Ann Rogers Finton, Sherry Ann Rogers Westerhouse and Carol Jean Rogers Lovett; 2 grandchildren, Taylor Addison Hoey and Tyler Ayden Hoey; uncle Glen Rogers and wife Rosemary; uncle Bill Rogers and wife Wanda along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended loving family and friends. The family will receive friends at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd in Irving, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm with a funeral service to begin at 2:00pm. An interment at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd., will follow immediately after the service.
