Randy Moore of Irving passed away March 28, 2019 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born on July 8, 1965 in Grand Prairie, Texas to Rufus Eldor Moore and Linda Anna Morris. Randy was also known by his CB Handle, “Scarecrow.” He was known as an affectionate person always giving out hugs and smiles to those around him. He worked as a truck driver but enjoyed carpentry and learned the trade from his granddad early on. Randy never lost his love for the trade and often helped family members in their remodeling projects. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and spent much of his time riding. He was very patriotic, loved his country, and respected those who served. He wore patches for POW’s and MIA’s and always flew the flag. He will be remembered as a loving family man who had a strong belief in his Savior. He is preceded in death by his mother. Left behind to cherish Randy’s memory are wife Kimberly S. Moore of Irving; daughter Andrea K. Owen and husband Nickolas of Alvarado; son Aaron A. Moore of Alvarado and brother Richard Hailey of Irving. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday April 3, 2019 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Irving with Pastor Leon Adkins officiating.
