Obituary for Martha Ruth Trigg
Martha Ruth Trigg was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus her Lord and Savior July 25, 2020. She was born to father Rhea Dan Trigg and mother Mabel Trigg (Gilbert) on April 23, 1922 in Irving, Texas. Martha was a dedicated 5th grade teacher whose intelligence touched many lives. She was smart as a whip and loved to keep up with politics. She was known to spend all her waking hours watching Fox News.
Martha is preceded in death by father, Rhea Daniel Trigg; mother, Mabel Carrie Gilbert; sister, Margaret Trigg; brother, Rhea Dan Trigg; and sister, Frances Trigg-Scott. She is survived by niece, Kari Mahan and husband Rick; nephew, Allen Scott; niece, Kim Caldwell and husband Carey Van; and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Family asks donations in lieu of flowers in Martha’s name be made to Christ Church Irving
