When I first began working at Oak View in 2008 Marilyn was a frequent visitor at the church office. She eventually become a regular volunteer, helping me with our church newsletter. I always enjoyed our long chats about her family, children, grandchildren and stories about working at the post office. She also brought me flowers and cards for my birthday in May as it was close to her daughter's birthday and easy to remember. I've missed our chats as she hadn't been able to visit the church often in the past couple of years!! She was a special lady and I will remember her fondly!

Here is a lovely photo taken on Mother's Day a few years ago.
