Nearly 4 hours after coming into the world, Kadee Nicole Spurgeon passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms at the Texas Health Harris Methodist HEB Hospital in Bedford, Tx. During that short time, Baby Kadee touched many lives and was loved by all who met her.
Born nineteen weeks early, weighing only 11 oz, and measuring 10 in, Kadee stole her parents’ hearts the moment they laid eyes on her. Kadee had touches of a head full of blonde hair, blonde eye lashes, and blonde eyebrows. She entered the loving arms of her parents at 1:14 a.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 and took a piece of their hearts with her forever at 5:04 a.m. the same day.
Kadee joins her uncle, Michael Spurgeon Jr; her grandparents, Michael Spurgeon Sr, and Linda Spurgeon, in heaven. Kadee is survived by her mother and father, Justin and Kyra Spurgeon; her grandparents, Bo Avakian, Darrin and Cherie Boone, and Shannon Spurgeon; her great-grandparents, her aunts, her uncles, and her cousins.
Viewing and funeral services are limited to family only. Viewing will take place at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, January 20th, 2020 11:30am - 12:30pm, located at 707 N. MacArthur, Irving, Tx 75061. A graveside service will follow on Monday, January 20th, 2020 at 2:00pm, located at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd, Irving, Tx 75060.
