Jacob Ryan “Jake” Eubank, at the young age of 18, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019. Jacob was born on October 15, 2001 in Killeen, Texas to Angela Eubank. Jacob was a student at MacArthur Highschool and Winfree Academy in Irving, Texas where he would have graduated from this upcoming year. Jacob loved hanging out with his friends and meeting up to play basketball at the local rec centers. Jacob had a passion for music that grew each day. Jacob cherished his family. He loved his brothers fiercely, loved his momma with every fiber of his being and held a special place in his heart for his Nana and Papa. He was very fond of the time he had shooting with his RaRa and wrestling with his cousins. He also found enjoyment in the kitchen, baking and cooking. Jacob was a special young man, full of love. To love Jacob, was to be his family. Jacob is preceded in death by his great grandparents Ross and Nora Crisler, grandfathers Larry Powers and Bill Eubank. Left to cherish his memory are mother Angela Eubank; stepdad Casey Powers; brothers Jordan Powers, Jayden Powers; grandparents Gary and Mina Dyess of Copperas Cove, Texas, Nina and Alex of Lewisville, Texas; Aunt Amber of Copperas Cove, Aunt Rachel and Uncle David of Rockwall, Texas, Aunt Sabrina and Uncle Luis Rodriguez of San Angelo, Texas as well as numerous cousins and other extended family and loving friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 North MacArthur Blvd., Irving, TX 75061. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday December 14, 2019 at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held, Monday, December 16, 2019 at Rhodes Cemetery in DeSoto, Texas. The family has requested that in honor of Jacob, everyone where green to the funeral and graveside services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Autism Speaks.
