Fredna McCutcheon passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 93 on May 9, 2020 in Irving Texas. She was born to father, Fred Pilant and Mother Elma (Knight) Pilant on October 15, 1926 in Dallas Texas. Fredna was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. In her younger years, she loved bowling and so enjoyed playing on a league. She was a great Canasta card player and belonged to several card clubs where she made lifelong friends. Trips to WinStar Casino and Las Vegas were also high on her list of fun things to enjoy!

Fredna is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband whom she spent 74 years by his side, Carl McCutcheon; father, Fred Pilant; and mother, Elma (Knight) Pilant. She is survived by daughter, Pam Cason and husband Scott; daughter, Debbie Schweitzer and husband Paul; grandchildren: Christopher Cason, Cory Cason, Stephanie Ratcliff and husband Kevin, Justin Schweitzer, Emily Hubbard and husband John, and Brett Schweitzer; great grandchildren: Makayla Schweitzer, Alyssa Schweitzer, Brayden Ratcliff, Bryce Ratcliff, and Maggie Hubbard; Sisters: Polly Cowsert, and Peggy Bedair and husband E.L; numerous other loving family and friends. The family would also like to acknowledge her caregiver, Marvine Walker who brought great joy and comfort to her during the last year and a half.
