Obituary for Elizabeth Ann Taylor Hunsinger

Elizabeth Ann Taylor Hunsinger, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 78 years of age. She was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Cecil and Flozey (Thompson) Taylor on Monday, February 16, 1942. Elizabeth worked in the Mobil Oil Corporation for 30 years. She was a professional role model who loved everyone and showed that love in her profession as a care giver for 8 years. She was a devote member of Bethel Baptist and was strong in her faith. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, ceramics, craft shows, collecting porcelain dolls, shopping, but above all she loved being a grandmother. She was a wonderful mother, loving wife, daughter, and sister. She loved helping others as mush as she could. Elizabeth loved watching Elvis Presley and Western movies with her beloved lil dog and cat. Elizabeth also enjoyed being a part of the Red Hat Society. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and all who encountered her.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her loving husband, Earlex Ray Hunsinger (Bill); son, Robert Charles Delenn Mangum; sister, Karen Kay Dwyer; mother, Flozey Thompson Taylor; and father, Cecil Delenn Taylor. She is survived by, son, Donald Wayne Mangum; daughter, Debra Ann Gibson; brothers Henry Dean and Cecil Wayne Taylor; 6 Grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends between 11:00am and 1:00pm, on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd in Irving. A funeral service will be held 1:00pm on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd in Irving with an interment immediately following the service at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
