Dan Wood passed away at 59 years of age on Friday, August 14, 2020. He was born in Dallas Texas to James Henry Wood Jr. and Mary Jo (Adams) Wood on Sunday, January 15, 1961. Dan worked as an IT Manager, before retiring in 2011. In his free time, he enjoyed doing a little bit of amateur photography, spending time gardening and with his brothers. He is preceded in death by his father James Henry Wood. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Autumn; his mother Mary Jo Wood; brother David Wood and wife Shari; brother Joe Wood and wife Susan; first cousins, Jim Wood and wife Laurie, Carrol Dietrichson and husband Richard, Bill Wood and wife Barb, Jana Grimes and husband Chris; Cindy Manley, Becky Metein, Cheryl Manley, Judy Weldon and John Wood as well as numerous second cousins, extended family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Sulphur Springs City Cemetery, 424 W. California St. in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
