Obituary for Anne Carol Dixon
Anne Carol Dixon, 64, of Azle, Texas went to be with the Lord on September 25th, 2020.
She was born November 12th, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jimell and Carolyn Badry. On September 3rd, 2006, she married Thomas Dixon.
She graduated MacArthur High School in 1974 and attended Oklahoma Baptist University. Anne won the 1974 Chopin Competition recognizing her as the finest young pianist in the DFW Metroplex. Through the years, she was an accomplished pianist playing in many churches, conferences, and concerts.
Anne is survived by her husband Thomas Dixon, of Azle, Texas; parents Jimell and Carolyn Badry of Moore, Oklahoma; brother Jay Badry and wife Becky of Colorado Springs, Colorado; son Joshua Miller and wife Billie Joy of Waco, Texas; son Jonathan Badry and wife Sarah of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter Lara Miller of Dallas, Texas; son Jared Miller and wife Bri of Texas; stepdaughter Lindsey Green and husband Bryce of Little Rock, Arkansas; seven grandchildren and numerous other family.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00a.m. Friday, October 2nd, 2020 at MacArthur Boulevard Baptist Church 8001 Mustang Dr. Irving Texas, 75063.
