Andrew (JR) Smith III, age 47, of Dallas, TX passed away January 17, 2020 in Dallas, Tx. Andrew was born July 24, 1972 to Lois and Andrew Smith, Sr in Forrest City, Arkansas. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at an early age at Macedonia Missionary church in Memphis, Tn. He married Tracey Canady on February 13, 2000 in Dallas, Tx. Andrew loved fishing, he especially loved cooking out on the grill, and old school music. He enjoyed taking his grandson Logan for ice cream and corny dogs. His niece Shetria he loved more than life itself. He received his education in the Forrest City school district and was employed with Irving Counter Tops up until his passing.

Andrew is preceded in death by his father, Andrew Smith, Sr.; mother, Lois Ann Smith; daughter, DraQuise Smith, sister, Angela Ann Smith; and stepson, Jhmarcia Canady. He is survived by his loving wife, Tracey Canady of Dallas, Tx; stepdaughter, Jasmin Adams of Dallas, Tx; step son, Calvin Coleman of Dallas, Tx; special niece, Shetira Willis; grandson, Logan Jones; sister, Sharon Smith of Richardson, Tx; sister, Alane Barber of Forrest City, AR; brother, Roderick Smith of Forrest City, AR; brother, Ladrius Smith, of Forrest City, AR; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, friends and family who will dearly miss him.


God's Garden

God looked around his garden
And found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth,
