Gertrude Theresa Johnson, of Irving, passed away May 14, 2013. She was born on October 14, 1927 to William Mahoney and Rosamond (Weber) Mahoney in Newark, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer C. Johnson in 1974; daughter, Marsha Hargrove; son, Bill Johnson; two brothers and one sister; and is survived by her children, James Lee Jobe of Davis, California, Dorothy Rose Sparks of Marietta, Oklahoma, Terry Johnson of Cedar Creek, Gary Johnson of Ennis, and Delma Brooks of Durant, Oklahoma; grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service is planned for Friday, May 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM, at Brown’s Memorial Chapel. Dr. Jim Gerlach will officiate.
